You may return your t-shirts, hoodies, or activewear within 30 days of purchase, provided the items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
To initiate a return, please contact us at help@peacefulsyhandma.world with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
Once we receive and inspect your returned sportswear items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
We offer exchanges for different sizes or colors of the same product, subject to availability. Please contact us to arrange an exchange for your hoodie, t-shirt, or activewear item.
If you receive a damaged or defective sportswear item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.
Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer cannot be returned. Custom or personalized sportswear items may not be eligible for return.
